Commercial Insurance Account Manager/CSR

This position requires the ability to laser focus on details, requiring analytical skills as well as the ability to be sociable and part of a team.  There is a lot of interaction with current clients so a friendly and helpful disposition is a must.  This person would help process new insurance policies; make modifications to existing policies, and claims forms, etc.  They must be organized and have the ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion.  An ideal candidate would function well with a repetitive and set line of responsibility, but would be someone who is creative in finding ways to better serve our client and the marketplace as a whole.  Our industry requires a lot of documentation so it’s essential all information entered is complete and correct.  We operate in a very fast-paced environment so there is never a lack for something to do.

PREFERRED:

  • College Degree (May substitute life or work experience)
  • Experience with insurance or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CRM Program a plus
  • 2 – 6 years of Customer Service related background in an office or retail environment
  • Sales Support related background
